The Board of Directors, for the benefit of the property and the Association, shall manage business, property, and affairs of the Association and enforce the provisions of the Master Declaration, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and administrative rules and regulations governing the community.
The Board of Directors shall have the powers, duties and responsibilities with respect to the property. The volunteer Board of Directors serve staggered terms, act as liaisons to SPOA committees, and are advocates for the culture and well-being of the entire Stoneridge community.
