To reserve the SPOA Activity Center you will need to complete the reservation form. This would include reservations for the Multi-purpose room, posting of water aerobics, SPOA owner events, etc. You CANNOT add it to the calendar yourself. You will receive a confirmation return e-mail once the posting/reservation has been added to the calendar.
For Private Parties: - You can only reserve Multi-purpose Room - A $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required prior to the event - Check deposit process will be defined when the reservation is confirmed.
If you reserve the Multi-purpose room for a private party, you are required to clean it up and put it back in its original condition. The room will be assessed prior to the deposit return.

Wash the floor with non-abrasive, floor cleaner. Damp mop with warm water is fine. Do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating beater bar.
NOTE: Do NOT use soap-based detergents, abrasive, or "mop-and-shine" products on the floor.
Any cleaning or damage assessed will be deducted from the deposit and you will be notified. If charges (cleaning or damage) exceed $100 a fine will be assessed. The check will be returned if there are no cleaning or damage charges.
